The New 2012 Furby by Hasbro - Following it’s 1998 release, the Hasbro’s Furby sold over 40 million units. The cute and fuzzy lil fella was quite the chatterbox but a sense of charm allowed him to become the most coveted toys of its time.
Now almost 15 years later, this lil animatronic friend has been revamped and is ready to compete with today’s high-tech, modern day toys.
Furby’s updated, emotion-filled eyes allows it’s owner to really get to know and bond with his new toy. Each Furby has a unique personality, a wide range of emotions and can even change it’s mood to adapt to it’s relationship with it’s owner. For example, Furby will be in a bad mood if you treat him badly.
Also, in comparison to it’s predecessor, the new Furby has a larger spectrum of physical movements which makes him even more irresistible.
However, what makes the new Furby a real player in the game, is his ability to sync with the free Furby iOS app. The app features a handy “Furbish” dictionary to help the user understand all of Furby’s incoherent babble and also, the app features a selection of meals that can be virtually flicked into Furby lil beak.
Furby will be available this fall for approximately $60.00
